Description
Tasting Note
Fabulous aromas of crushed berries and dried flowers. Full-bodied, with extremely well-integrated tannins in a dense fruit structure. Turns smoky and ripe on the finish. Complex. Very Margaux. Finest ever from this estate. Best after 2009. 7,500 cases made.

This is an elegant, somewhat oaky effort, but there is plenty of substance underneath the veneer of wood. Deep ruby/purple, with a nose of licorice, black currants, and a hint of mushrooms, this smoky, complex, seductive wine can be enjoyed now and over the next 15 years.
